Mother’s Day Weekend |
Help us kick off the summer of 2008
with some line dancing in our pavilion. Have a few laughs while
you play Surprise Bingo (bring a wrapped gift with a value of at least
$1.00). Other weekend activities include Arts & Crafts, Family
Hayride, and much more. All Mothers may enjoy a complimentary
continental breakfast Saturday morning. Treat Mom to a FREE game of mini-golf (Mom
must be accompanied by a child for golf).

Craft Madness |
Time to bring out your inner artist! Join us for a weekend of craft
making fun with great deals on remaining 2007 craft projects. Then get comfortable in your favorite beach chair and watch a family movie on our large screen TV while you enjoy mouth watering, freshly made popcorn!

Memorial Day Weekend
**NEW ACTIVITIES** |
Whoever said learning wasn’t fun? Behold Picirillo Sciencetelling where science
and story telling are mixed in a fun and exciting way (Sunday night). Then dance the night away with DJ John Scibello
on Saturday night! Other activities include: Candy Bar Bingo (Friday night), Adult Bingo (Sunday night), Arts & Crafts,
and many more all weekend long. |

Pirates of the Big Timber Lake
**NEW FOR 2008** |
Calling all bold and brazened buccaneers wishing to set sail on a
whirlwind adventure with the BTL crew of pirates in search of golden bounty. Join
us for an exciting treasure hunt that is one part Survivor, one part Fear Factor and
one part Pirates of the Caribbean. Design your own treasure map and then test your luck
playing Walk the Plank and Cannonballs Away! |

Family Fishing Rodeo |
Expert anglers and beginners alike can enjoy a day of fishing in our fully stocked
fresh water lake during the All-American Fishing Derby. Prizes will be awarded for the first, biggest,
smallest, most, last and heaviest fish caught. There is a kid’s casting contest and awards ceremony
with door prizes for all participants Saturday night! Other fun activities will take place all weekend long. |

Father’s Day Weekend |
A weekend jam packed with fun! Come and join in the hilarious escapades at our
unique version of Night at the Races, where the horses are not what you might expect. Then
take part in our semi-annual horseshoe tournament. Rounding out the weekend is our
Chili Cook-off.
Enter your secret chili recipe or simply come and sample all of the entrants’ delectible versions.
Also, all fathers receive a FREE breakfast at our luncheonette and a FREE game of mini-golf
(Dad must be accompanied by a child for golf). |

Scientific Camping Weekend
**NEW FOR 2008** |
Haven’t made it to the Franklin Institute yet? Well BTL has brought their
acclaimed traveling science shows to you! Come watch and learn as their high-energy team
conducts 2 live performances. The Hot & Cold show will have you feeling as if you magically
transformed into a molecule as they explore the 3 states of matter. During the
Chemistry show
they will create a foam sculpture in less then a minute, explode a hydrogen balloon, and much,
much more! |

Schools Out Celebration |
How does that old saying go again? No more teachers,
no more books, no more ____? Come and kick off the “Official” start of summer at our lake party complete
with a weenie roast and bonfire. The lake-front evening continues with singing and laughter as friends
and family perform karaoke to all of your favorite songs provided by DJ Dave Cornwell. |

BTL Idol &
The Piano Man |
Ever dreamed of making it to Hollywood? Well its time to
showcase your talents in the third season BTL Idol on Saturday night! On
Sunday sit back, relax and listen to the wonderful performance of Tommy Zito.
Other weekend activities include a bike parade (bikes may be any theme), craft show & flea
market, bingo, and our ever popular poker walk.

Monte Carlo Night |
Too young to gamble legally? Well don’t worry! Our Monte
Carlo Night is family fun for both kids and adults. Try your luck at your
favorite casino games and then trade in your winnings for tickets to enter in
our auction of over 75 magnificent prizes. Proceeds benefit the Middle Township
Fire Company. After you have had your fill of the tables try you hand at
Mafia Madness,
a game of deception, lies and craftiness, on Sunday night.

The 30th Annual
Miss Big Timber Lake Pageant |
The Miss BTL pageant is an excellent opportunity for
girls to increase their confidence and self-assurance. Participants will
be judged on poise and personality. There will be a casual wear and
bathing suit category. (Note: casual wear may be informal or dressy.)
Age divisions are as follows: Little Miss [4-8], Jr. Miss [9-13], and Miss [14-18]. On Sunday night
test your knowledge and wit in the classic game show Family Feud. |

Christmas at the Beach |
Even Santa likes to vaction at the beach! Enjoy an enchanted week of
holiday fun with Christmas activities galore. On Saturday evening enjoy a weenie roast
and a visit from Santa who will arrive in his second favorite mode of transportation.
Then sit around a bonfire roasting marshmallows and revel in the sounds of DJ Dave Cornwell.
End the week by trying your luck at Who Wants to be a Millionaire! (Sunday night) |

Ring in the "New Year" |
We enjoy New Years so much that we decided to celebrate it during the summer as well!
Ring in the “New Year” as you tap your feet to the tunes of the Cape May County String Band. It’s a lively
Saturday night of String Band, Jazz, Big Band and Mummers music that the whole family will enjoy.
Also on Saturday come and enjoy our ever popular Dog Show. On Sunday
get your game show fix with The Price is Right. This is also the weekend of our annual
Bocce Tournament so
be prepared for some stiff competition! |

Family Carnival |
Come one, come all, to the BTL Carnival Night! An array of classic carnival
style games like Balloon Darts, Shoot the Moon, Quick Draw, 7 – 11, Shut the Box and Beat the
Goalie await.. After an evening of family fun cash in your prize tickets for some great gifts
and toys. It’s a night that you and your family won’t soon forget! On Sunday night “The Piano Man”
Tommy Zito will perform all of the timeless hits from the past 60 years. |

BTL Survivor &
Treasure Hunt Week |
An action packed week that culminates with one of our newest and most popular activities,
BTL Survivor! Compete against other campers for rewards and immunity from eviction. But in the end only
one camper can become the ultimate BTL Survivor. Meanwhile, test your cleverness with our weeklong Treasure
Hunt. A new and puzzling clue is posted everyday until a lucky camper uncovers the hidden prize. On Sunday
challenge fellow campers in our semi-annual horseshoe tournament. That night take part in
Deal or No Deal,
a truly nail-biting experience to say the least. |

Caribbean Calypso Weekend |
Take advantage of the last few sun-filled summer days during our island-themed weekend.
Satiate your hunger at our mouth-watering pig roast. (Tickets must be purchased by 8/17 –Email shawn@bigtimberlake.com
for a reservation form) Then kick-off your flip-flops and listen to Jimmy Buffet’s greatest hits performed by Mike Mallet.
On Sunday put your intelligence to the test with the game Smarter than a Fifth Grader.

Labor Day Weekend |
Celebrate your final weekend of summer freedom with us at Big
Timber Lake. It would be impossible for us to fit more activities into one weekend!
Saturday night enjoy a night of dancing with DJ John Scibello.
Sunday morning there is a flea market and craft show. Sunday night
includes a magic show followed by our annual Airband
and Talent Show. Without a doubt the most popular and delightful event of the entire summer!

Civil War Encampment
**NEW FOR 2008** |
Due to popular demand we have extended our activities for an extra week this year!
Transport back in time with us to the time of the civil war. Spend the weekend talking and interacting
with real live soldiers. Several encampments will be spaced through out the campground of both union
and confederate soldiers. They will be living and acting as if it were the 1860’s all over again.
The weekend will conclude with a full scale battle reenactment that is guaranteed to wow the whole family! |
